Directions:

Lyonsdown Hall is towards the bottom of Lyonsdown Road, just off Station Road and very near New Barnet Railway Station.

St. Peter's Hall is towards the bottom of Lyonsdown Road, near the intersection with Somerset Road and very near New Barnet Railway Station. If you are driving, the entrance to the hall car park is on Somerset Road.

Parking is free but a little limited - just drive into the Hall car park. The near streets have spaces if the Hall car park is full. Nearest train is New Barnet at less than 5 minutes walk. Bus routes - 84, 107, 184, 307, 326, 383, 384 & 626.

Nearby areas are: Chipping Barnet, High Barnet, East Barnet, Oakleigh Park, Cockfosters, Whetstone, Totteridge, Friern Barnet, Mill Hill, Hendon & Finchley.

Mixed Classes

Training covers all aspects of Taekwon-Do. The syllabus covers fitness and flexibility, pad work, patterns and sparring.

4-week beginners courses run in parallel with regular classes and can be joined at any time. These are not compulsory, but are recommended to provide an introduction to the full range of Taekwon-Do.

This 45 minute class introduces young children (aged 3½ - 7yrs) to the basic elements of Taekwon-Do in a fun and active environment.

Our aim is to help children develop motor skills such as balance and coordination, improve listening skills and develop courtesy and discipline. More info here.
